I'm looking to change crews for Aya. For those not really familiar with Weiss Kreuz:

-He's very good with
*swords
*espionage
*sniper rifles (although that's mostly in game development)
*flower arrangement, and identifying flowers (he's working on flowers of this world)
-He's not the most exciting person, but he is sane. Does that count for something?
