Kyouya is, in his canon, known as the "Shadow King" of the Host Club. He controls what's going on through suggestion and subtle persuasion. He really does not make friends easily, but he always tries to come across as easy going. He'll definitely be engaging in political chess games with people, often without their knowing it.
Horatio is a British Navy lieutenant. He was a commander and is claiming that rank because there's no proof here his commission was denied. He bills himself as very strict and by the book, but he'll take any sort of gamble if he thinks he can pull it off, and he's prone to crazy heroics. He's also a card sharp, very able to count cards and has made his living off gambling in the recent past. He's forming a crew and definitely has experience teaching people with no idea how to sail the ropes.
Harry is a treasure hunter. His loyalty? Is completely for sale. He's currently joined Ganon's crew and is keeping a close eye on anything related to the jewel and its shards... though he's hardly after just that. If he can make a profit, he's going to want to go after it. Crewmates for him are always loved, as well as allies and competition for any treasure.
