He could care less about the Navy; if they had harmed Madoka, Homura, or Mami, he'd kill them without a second thought. He may still be struggling with the weight of the value of human life, but it had been eroded enough after Sirius Island for him to no longer have any qualms about self-defense, or defending somebody else. ]
