[ Cairistiona, for the most part, hasn't really commented about the ice and snow on the ship. In her mind, she thinks that Elsa is merely just a mage with a strong affinity for the frost school. In fact, powers like her's are fairly common in Azeroth and it helps her feel more comfortable around her crew.
