[Oh, God, now he really reminds her of Anna when they were kids. Elsa laughs as he darts off onto the ice, chasing after him and sending a trail of ice to his feet, giving him ice skates right under his footwear to help. She then stops to watch him have fun, paying attention in case he needs more ice or help.

When he returns and yells that she's... Quite taken aback. It's flattering, and she's enjoying it, despite how scared and worried she had been at first. But still, as much as she may have gotten in contact with her inner child, Elsa isn't a child anymore, and she knows where her responsibilities lie. When she speaks, she leans forward a bit, moving to be on eye level with him, her tone is calm and mature, still very happy and very warm as a contrast for her powers. She speaks to him with the older sister voice she would use on Anna.]

Now, now, Luffy. First I have to make sure that it will be safe, or that there will be a way to fix things if something bad happens. I wouldn't want to hurt you or anyone else and be unable to fix it. But if everything is fine then yes, I'll stay with you for as long as you want.

[She wouldn't be able to endure it a second time.]
