Of course he'd felt that familiar chakra as soon as it came closer. Kakashi had become rather familiar with how Sasuke's power felt that finding it was easy thanks to the small distance. But here? Why? Perhaps a silly question, the Uchiha could have been brought here against his will just as Kakashi had been.

But he didn't know. The masked jounin calmly turned a page, belying the ready state he was in. He'd been noticed as well, and the lack of drawing chakra into an attack was puzzling. Perhaps Sasuke was just interested in talking - and then he was right there.

And since he'd been addressed first, Kakashi raised his head to study the other ninja, not yet pushing himself to his feet or showing a hint of attacking intent.

"Sasuke." Supplies. "How long have you been in these parts?" It couldn't hurt to ask, and maybe he'd get real answers.
