[Choice A:] A scream could be heard from a woman, that classic kind of sound that one could imagine the woman was shrieking, one foot off the ground, arms hugged in tight and fists out, in complete terror at seeing such a HUGE and IMPOSING monster before her! A long lasting kind of scream that gets the blood running and the thoughts coursing through ones brain.
That was the sound that Bepo had just rounded a corner to. Actually, he had blundered around a corner of a building, fleeing from the very random town square he found himself in.
"Sorry! Sorry! Please don't yell! It hurts my ears!" He said, confused over with he wanted to do with his paws; hold them over his ears or hold them up and out to emphasize her needing to stop! "Shhh! Shhh! Please stop!"
He was covering his ears now, backing away as she stopped screaming. "I didn't mean to run into you. Let me help pick up your things and we can go our way!" He protested softly, looking at the bag of vegetables strewn on the ground. His fault for running into her.
The woman let out another yell, and picked up a rather large turnip, throwing it at him. Just as it was about to hit him his reflexes kicked in and he drew back, letting it fly past. A gasp as he watched it. "Hey! You don't have to do that!"
Two minutes later one could see a average sized white bear in a bright orange jump suit running through town, much like a human would run. There was a small group of people, men mostly, running after him. Once in a while something would get thrown, a pot, a pan, a vegetable, pitchfork or knife. Random things. Each time they were near, he'd stop, kick it out of the way and say something like.
"I'm getting mad!" or "Stop that now!" or perhaps just a cry as he ran. Bepo didn't want to hurt anyone right now, not when he was so confused! But he wasn't going to let them hurt him either! He's trying to ditch them, or get outside of town. If they keep following him like this, he'll stand and fight. But only outside of town. Feel free to run into him, be ran into, or join in on the fight.
[Choice B:] Of the coast of an island, he isn't sure where, Bepo floated, a bright orange lump bouncing in the shallows of the water. A waterlogged bipedal polar bear just drifting. Who knows how long he's been in the water, but his face is up, mouth open, eyes closed, and he's slowly coming in to shore.
The water lapping at his sides as he bobs closer to land, thankfully closer to a beach and not actually sharp rocks at the base of a cliff.
