Naruto would much rather be at Ichiraku or any ramen stand at all as opposed to some dirty old bar full of stink-ass bearded dudes wearing eyepatches and bandanas. The blond doesn't even get the appeal of bars, especially since alcohol doesn't really do a damn thing to him thanks to Kurama.
But he's here because he needs to gather some info. He assured his captain that he could do it ("Hey, no sweat! Ninjas are made for gatherin' info, y'know! Lemme handle it!) so he couldn't come back empty-handed.
The best thing to do would be to act cool and not let these guys think he's weak, so he shuffles up to the bar and places his order:]
Ramen... [there's a flick of his thumb across the tip of his nose as he smirks and leans against the counter;] ... in a dirty bowl, y'know.

[Fairly simple: just a day out on the sea, and it's Naruto's turn for chores on deck. He's currently keeping watch in the crow's nest, swabbing the deck in several places, hanging off the bow of the ship and repainting the mermaid chick up there, moving some barrels, and taking a nap.
