Welcome to our first Test Drive for high_seas! Here is where players can test out their characters' voices, try out new muses, and everyone can help each other get some threads for their applications! Feel free to use one of the prompts below, or come up with something on your own! Comment around, have fun, and remember that any CR formed here does not carry over to the game!

♦ You're lost at sea. Maybe you got separated from your crew. Or perhaps you're on an abandoned island. You need help!

♦ "Pirates off the starboard bow!" It's an enemy ship! Attack!!

♦ You and your crew are hanging out on your ship. Just another day at sea!

♦ "LAND, HO!" Hey look, a new island! How about you go explore it? Tell us what you find!

The way you look around, the way you sit and move, even the gleam in your eyes. They all suggest experience on the seas and piracy.

[It's not even close to an age crack. Kurt is being genuine.

At the mention of bodies, though (at least he asked around about the Locker after that fountain), he lets out a soft breath through his nose.]

That is what I'm here for. If this "Davy Jones" wants them, he's going to have to pry them from my claws. Those who are dying or recently dead that I encounter... well, I have no intention of leaving them so.

A. [Lost at sea. Quite a different matter now that he's learned how to swim (that was a 20th century adventure). Arthur drags himself panting and coughing onto the white sands of an unknown island and once he's beyond the lapping waters of the tide he resigns himself to a hot sandy bed where he might cough up seawater and catch his breath.]

B. [Shipmates! Whether he's using his nation's strength to haul heavy line or instructing mates on how to tie the best knot when and where, England works so quickly and with spirit.

Even if he's sunburnt and sweating like a dog. He's an island in the North Atlantic--the sea spray and the wind off the water are all that soothe as he walks the decks of the ship.]

Yuri did this arte so much, it practically ingrained itself into the team. Estelle reared back and SWUNG, cutting a sphere of blue energy through the water. "AZURE EDGE!"
