Welcome to our first Test Drive for high_seas! Here is where players can test out their characters' voices, try out new muses, and everyone can help each other get some threads for their applications! Feel free to use one of the prompts below, or come up with something on your own! Comment around, have fun, and remember that any CR formed here does not carry over to the game!

♦ So you're new to this world and have just woken up in the Town Square. How do you react? What do you do?

♦ You're lost at sea. Maybe you got separated from your crew. Or perhaps you're on an abandoned island. You need help!

♦ "Pirates off the starboard bow!" It's an enemy ship! Attack!!

♦ You and your crew are hanging out on your ship. Just another day at sea!

♦ "LAND, HO!" Hey look, a new island! How about you go explore it? Tell us what you find!

[ Who wouldn't dare approaching a handome (even if it's grumpy-looking) face? Basco would, at least, not be scared. But Basco is insane, so that might explain the part about "no sense of personal space" when he swirls down in the seat beside him. The space pirate grins. ]

Try mixing some things up, it might work quite well~

And something for the lady? [Turns to Basco.] What do you want? Don't try the rum or ale, it's so watered down, a flea couldn't get drunk on it.

[ He grins in return. Never minding the comment of "lady", which he doesn't know is to mess with him or an honest mistake. Both has happened, after all. Then again, it might not be directed towards him at all, either. Anything works for him. ]

Hmmm~ How about gin, if it's available~? Otherwise rum will do fine.

[ Why would he ever? ]

[Mistake oops. Smoker's not so good with genders or ages, and it doesn't help that his world is on the side of "ridiculous" about both.]

Been here long?

[Idle conversation is not Smoker's forte. And it probably shows.]

[ No problem, he’s used spending time around people (non-humans) who wouldn’t know if a woman was a woman even if her chest was bare and she had huge breasts. ]

Just for a few days, how about you?

[ No problem. Just ask him to talk, and he’ll talk a lot. He’s good at that. ]

[Smoker has been in a woman's body with a bare huge breasted chest, but he was still technically a man. SO YOU KNOW. Gender. Whatever man.]
