[Young people did tend to think themselves far more resilient than older people, that was true. But Jessica would never have told someone to hold back- you could do whatever you set your mind to do!

She walked on, rather more quickly and sure-footedly than some might have believed. She did go for a run every morning as often as her travelling and schedule would allow.

Of course, Jessica was also a lot sharper than someone on the street might take her for, and she slipped down a side-street, and then another, just to find out if the cloaked figure behind her was indeed trailing her.

Finding herself in this strange reenactment was off-putting enough without being followed by shadowy people. But in Jessica's experience, confronting them was the best way to go]
