Welcome to your monthly Test Drive for high_seas! Here is where new players can test out their characters' voices, old players can try out new muses, and everyone can help each other get some threads for their applications! ♦ You're lost at sea. Maybe you got separated from your crew. Or perhaps you're on an abandoned island. You need help!

♦ "Pirates off the starboard bow!" It's an enemy ship! Attack!!

♦ You and your crew are hanging out on your ship. Just another day at sea!

♦ "LAND, HO!" Hey look, a new island! How about you go explore it? Tell us what you find!

Hey... Are you hurt? Can you stand?

[He speaks rather softly, holding out a hand to her. Since he has no idea what happened to cause her to be sleeping in the middle of...-- ... well--nowhere, actually...

...he's trying to avoid startling or upsetting the young woman.]

[What is this? A Beorc hatchling? Nestling? What does this one want with her. But.... That soul and the kindness emitting from him. Both green eyes open at last and she goes to timidly take his hand.]

No, my gentle lord... But where am I? [Wings trembling a little as she is not used to having them be so big yet.]

[Hm? Gentle lord? He gives a sheepish grin and carefully helps her stand.]

Ah... you're on an island out in the middle of nowhere. We haven't picked a name for it, yet.

[He's distracted by the wings, by the way. Giving them an innocent curious expression for a moment...

Okay maybe a little longer than a moment...Oh and they're moving.]

So... those are real, then? [Not said in a rude manner, at all, as he points to said wings.]

[She is thankful for the help, really she is.]

An island..... But my home isn't on a island but in Serenes....

[Please excuse her using you, Sora, to help her stand, feeling too weak to do anything on her own.]

Yes, that are real? [Why is he asking about her wings? She goes to let out a small chuckle and slowly moves her wings to try and cup Sora within them.] You can touch them.

Ah... a lot of us aren't even from this world... [Apologetically smiles.]

I... can? Really? [He looks surprised, then incredibly happy at this--and he doesn't even waste much time in reaching out. Wow, this is really awesome!]

Woah... that's so awesome... I wish I had wings! [He's grinning as he pulls his hand away.]
