Welcome to your monthly Test Drive for high_seas! Here is where new players can test out their characters' voices, old players can try out new muses, and everyone can help each other get some threads for their applications! ♦ You're lost at sea. Maybe you got separated from your crew. Or perhaps you're on an abandoned island. You need help!

♦ "Pirates off the starboard bow!" It's an enemy ship! Attack!!

♦ You and your crew are hanging out on your ship. Just another day at sea!

♦ "LAND, HO!" Hey look, a new island! How about you go explore it? Tell us what you find!

[She didn't really have many good experiences with the undead, but Risen or not, Robin wasn't the type of lady to ignore a person in need if she didn't have good reason to. As long as that person didn't try to stab her.]

Um... A graveyard? I think you might have better luck at the markets, if you're looking to restock.

[Zozo blinked once at that, then once again.]

They have a market that sells corpse parts around here? Gee, this place has everything...wherever it is.

Gods, I hope not! I-I mean... I'm sorry, I just thought you were looking for something... Er, that wasn't dead bodies.

[She coughed.]

Would you mind if I asked why you need them?

[Don't say "for food," don't say "for food," don't say "I'm hungry for your flesh..."]

Oh...so they don't, then. Well that sucks...

[DISAPPOINTING. You bring her hopes up only to have them come crashing down. How horrible...

Except no she's over it.]

Uhhh...suuure? I'm a necromancer and my body is made up of corpse parts, but...sometimes pieces fall off so I need to replace them.

[Robin inched a little closer, like she was trying to get a better look at someone's science project.]

I've never heard of something like that before. Is it a curse of some sort...?

[No, knock that off, this was a zombie in need!]

--Sorry, um... I doubt the marketplace has any human body parts for sale, but I suppose it wouldn't hurt to check... I haven't found a graveyard yet. Maybe near a church?

Umm...I guess it's kinda like a curse? Someone stole my body from me awhile back, so I had to bind my soul to this one. Otherwise I would've been a goner.

[It...doesn't seem like Zozo minds Robin approaching. So long as she doesn't try to hug her, at least. She hates being touched.]

...anyway. Stories aside, do you wanna go with me? I'm kinda lost, in case you haven't noticed. This doesn't look anything like Deluxia.

That's... Quite a story.

[That's rough, buddy... But as long as she's in a position to help, she might as well take the opportunity.]

Sure -- hey, four eyes are better than two. I bet we'll find something in no time.

Okay.

[That...might just be a small smile on her face. No, it definitely is.]

Where should we start? The forest, maybe?

Hmm... If we can find a path through the forest we might be able to find a graveyard. Or... Someone we could get directions from.

[She pointed in the direction opposite of where she came from.]

There's probably something this way -- I didn't see anything on my way over.

If you think it's a good idea, I'm not gonna question it. Just lead the way and I'll follow you.

[She nods and starts walking off, hopefully in the direction of some corpses.]
