WELP, we've have two full months of gameplay now! There have been some changes and adjustments made along the way, we've had a few app cycles and a couple events, and hopefully you've gotten a sense of how things are going to go now.

So we want your thoughts! How do you think we've been doing? Where can we improve? What should there be more or less of? What do you love? Is there anything you hate?

Loving everything so far, but I've got one little thought regarding the first shard finding-

Obviously, it was the first finding, and a bit of an experiment for everyone. With this in mind, I think more people would be interested in the event if the players didn't go into it already OOCly knowing which crew would eventually win the shard. Activity was pretty scarce on the shard log, which is uncharacteristic with usual event activity here, so I think that says something. I realize that an event of this nature is a tricky thing to organize and keep fair, but perhaps holding off on the RNG until a few days after the log is posted could be helpful? Then, only the crews already represented on the log would be eligible to win the shard?

Again, just a suggestion! I didn't want to point something out without offering any alternate ideas.

Yeeeep, this is definitely something that will be adjusted next time. You're right, the first shard was an experiment all around to see how it would go, and I like the idea of making people play it out a bit before there are any decisions made as to who gets the shard. Thanks for your input!!! We'll certainly take it into consideration. :D
