There's a couple ways of this guy finding a crew. Either someone inviting him, or him just sneaking on board a ship when they start to leave port. There are pros and cons to having him as a crew member.
Pros: Tactical genius Master at hand to hand combat Used to commanding large groups of soldiers Decently powerful magic Hard worker Good at following orders, no matter what they are Stealthy as shit
Cons: Cruel and merciless Snarky little shit Hates everyone Hates himself even more than he hates everyone May backstab a crew if he views them as too weak or naive Very low moral standards
Alfred from Batman said it best. "Some men aren't looking for anything logical like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn."
He'll also be having a mini personal crisis that might him more moody and bitchy than usual if someone catches him in a bad mood. But at least he's an awesome child soldier.
