I just have Finny here whose in need of a crew.
Advantages:
+ He's pretty strong
+ If anyone speaks German, Finnian will be able to understand them (Not useful here but you know)
+ He'll work hard
Disadvantages
- Being strong is a double edged sword.
- He's pretty much clueless about sailing
- Accidents can and probably will happen.
