Welcome to your monthly Test Drive for high_seas! Here is where new players can test out their characters' voices, old players can try out new muses, and everyone can help each other get some threads for their applications! ♦ So you're new to this world and have just woken up in the Town Square. How do you react? What do you do?

♦ You're lost at sea. Maybe you got separated from your crew. Or perhaps you're on an abandoned island. You need help!

♦ "Pirates off the starboard bow!" It's an enemy ship! Attack!!

♦ You and your crew are hanging out on your ship. Just another day at sea!

♦ "LAND, HO!" Hey look, a new island! How about you go explore it? Tell us what you find!

Actually, by putting the flour so high up, you basically did. It's not like I was gonna fly up there to get it.

*Selphie just pulls a face at that unamused look, and she's going to just keep staring up at him until he finally glances away. When he does, she smiles to herself, and wipes the rest of the flour on his chest before taking her hand away*

Really? I bet if I'd gone to ask someone they woulda just told me to get a chair and do it myself.

[He really does not see how that constitutes as him forcing her to get up in a chair. She's the one who wants to cook. She's the one who could have asked someone for help. Isn't that...one guy the chef, anyway?]

Fuck. Was that for? Looking back at her, there's a nice frown resting on his face. He's done well to take care of this coat. He actually really likes this coat. It isn't that he's materialistic, or anything. He just. Happens to be fond of one of the few possessions he actually has.]

*Actually, Selphie thought it was funny at the time, but as she stares at the hand print on his chest, she's thinking that maybe it wasn't the smartest move*

*So she goes to rub it away, but it just spreads it over. At least it's not much... She's still definitely wearing more flour than he is, but she's at least looking a little sheepish now*

So, next time, if I need anything, I can just come ask you instead, huh?
