♦ You're lost at sea. Maybe you got separated from your crew. Or perhaps you're on an abandoned island. You need help!
♦ "Pirates off the starboard bow!" It's an enemy ship! Attack!!
♦ You and your crew are hanging out on your ship. Just another day at sea!
♦ "LAND, HO!" Hey look, a new island! How about you go explore it? Tell us what you find!

...I guess that guy's ego was a little more sensitive than I thought.
[Cody sits up, cracking his neck a few times before finishing the bottle of beer in his hand. It's only then he realizes someone was there. He rubs the back of his neck sheepishly, his manacles clinking loudly.]
Ah. Sorry about that. Didn't have much control over where I got tossed.
Re: A
She has to fight the urge to press a hand to her face for that one-liner even if it's not directed at her. She just sort of watches him finish his beer and roll pieces of table off his shoulders like it was nothing.]
No, it's-- Are you alright?
[It's all she can think to ask because what else do you ask someone that caved in your table?]
Re: A
Ah, no big deal. Head wounds just bleed a lot, but they clot up quick. Not the first time I went through a table. Apparently this guy didn't like the intimations I made about his mother.
[He watches the large, incensed man leave. The two lock eyes for a moment.]
I was hopin' he was tougher, though. Guy his size should hit a lot harder.
Re: A
Size isn't everything.
[She has a secret sort of smile as she says it and then offers her hand to help him up. Then she notices the blood on his fingers and that smirk drops back into concern while she hauls him onto his feet.
The crowd seems to have gone back to their own devices, like broken tables aren't all that uncommon.]
If you hit your head, there's a chance you could be concussed.
Re: A
[There's a small, unworried shrug of his shoulders.]
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, right? I'm sure that's how brains work.
Re: A
That doesn't mean there should be a second or third time.
[People that try and play off injuries are the worst. She's visibly irritated now and reminded of stubborn patients.]
Maybe it won't kill you but it there could be permanent damage. You should see a doctor.
Re: A
[He tenses the chain between his wrist manacles with a small smirk.]
Trust me, that kinda' bedside manner will make anyone think twice about seeing doctors. Why do you care, anyway?
Re: A
Because I'm a medic and I don't have patience for people who think they can tough out injuries or wave it off.
Re: A
Re: A
None of that has anything to do with head injuries.
[sigh]
Will you at least let me check to make sure there's no lasting damage? I promise my bedside manner is much better than any prison doctor.
Re: A
...Are you an actual Doctor? You can't be more than a teenager. Not to mention I don't know many physicians who dye their hair wild pink.
[Eventually he decides to go along with it. Not like he has much to lose, right?]
Alright, do as you please. Don't know if a place like this is much good for an examination, though. Dives like this ain't exactly sterile.
Re: A
Hair color has nothing to do with--
[Nothing to do with anything, really.]
Come on.
[Out the door she goes, reigning in her horrible temper so she doesn't make the head injury worse.]
Re: A
Hey, slow down.
Re: A
Okay, maybe she does a little and looks over her shoulder to make sure he doesn't fall over or faint.
At least they're out of the bar and now nearby some crates, which she gestures to. And Sakura's temper has simmered down now so her tone isn't as clipped when she says;]
Please sit down.
