I think the Katabami would gladly take either of them, but I think Archer especially, since bigger crew = chance to let other people sail the boat while he builds strange wooden robots to Motochika, so he'd be likely to snatch up a carpenter. Plus, then Archer could fight Ragna for the title of Number One Asshole in a Red Coat.
