♦ You and your crew are hanging out on your ship. Just another day at sea!

♦ "LAND, HO!" Hey look, a new island! How about you go explore it? Tell us what you find!

Well, it's about time! Do you know that you're about the fifth person I've tried calling over? The fifth! Everyone just walks by me, pretending they don't see me, but I know they're just ignoring me on purpose. And that's just rude.

I'm definitely not telling all my friends to visit this place. Let's see how they feel about ignoring me after tourism goes all the way down here, huh?

People around here aren't exactly the friendliest. I doubt they'd care if you badmouthed the town, let alone notice.

Then again, it could also be that you're speaking in bird form. In my experience, that tends to put people off.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. I've got some friends in very high places. I'm sure they'll care about that.

You're preaching to the choir here. Like I'm not used to people ignoring me or treating me like I'm just some dumb bird just because I actually happen to be a bird. But what do you want me to do about that, stop being a bird?

Small, regular animals don't usually talk; forgive me if I'm a bit surprised. And I don't know about where you come from, but I'm no human, I assure you.
