Welcome to our first Test Drive for high_seas! Here is where players can test out their characters' voices, try out new muses, and everyone can help each other get some threads for their applications! Feel free to use one of the prompts below, or come up with something on your own! Comment around, have fun, and remember that any CR formed here does not carry over to the game!

♦ So you're new to this world and have just woken up in the Town Square. How do you react? What do you do?

♦ You're lost at sea. Maybe you got separated from your crew. Or perhaps you're on an abandoned island. You need help!

♦ "Pirates off the starboard bow!" It's an enemy ship! Attack!!

♦ You and your crew are hanging out on your ship. Just another day at sea!

♦ "LAND, HO!" Hey look, a new island! How about you go explore it? Tell us what you find!

[ Well then, Boris might open those eyes to a mysterious girl squatting over him. She's assuming this catboy is asleep, so she simply talks over him. ]

Just when I thought there would be nothing cute here, I found you. [ She sounds positively delighted, picking up Boris' tail and stroking it lightly. ] Kitty! [ There's a squeal! ] Looks like my terrible time with those cold-hearted, uncute swordsmen is finally over! [ Now, she gives the ears a scratch. ]

[Yeah, having a sudden person with a face squatting near him was unnerving enough. Having this many people with faces was unnatural and there are no role-holders here.... Well he is the only current role-holder here.

Boris keeps up with the appearance of being asleep.... At least that is until she starts stroking his tail! That was a strange sensation and wasn't sure if it is a nice one or not!]

Not the tail! [It is attached and is now quite fluffed out as Boris blushes.

He was about to say more things until the ear scratching and while it is not petting or rubbing, it still felt good and out comes the purring.]

Horohoro! I wonder if there are other cats like this around. [ Oh, a fluffy tail! She plays with it more, catching it in her hand. ]

Well, I've decided! You are going to be my new pet!

[fabnguns]

No, there are not! [One golden eye leveling a small glare towards Perona.]

I am the one and only Cheshire Cat that you will ever see. [He attempts to free his tail out of her hand.]

But I am not anybody's pet. [Though now he is getting a good look at her and say... She isn't that bad looking. BUT NO! Not gonna go through yet another broken heart by another Outsider girl.]

[ No, Boris, don't ... this girl will only break ur heart.

Having already decided that she's going to own Boris, she's not so pleased with this resistance. ]

Be quiet! [ She scolds, giving the tail a little tug. ] Pets of mine are only allowed to do cute things, and complaining is not cute.

[fabnguns]

[But.... But! Her hair! Such a pretty shade of pink! And he is already suffering from a broken heart.

His tail completely fluffed out, the tip lashing a bit, jingling the piercing back and forth with that tug and his ears lay flat against his head.]

Sorry lady, but I will not be domesticated by a human. Sorry babe. [Okay, speaking in a low but threatening tone of voice.] I will only act cute for one girl and one girl alone. And she isn't you.
