Welcome to our first Test Drive for high_seas! Here is where players can test out their characters' voices, try out new muses, and everyone can help each other get some threads for their applications! Feel free to use one of the prompts below, or come up with something on your own! Comment around, have fun, and remember that any CR formed here does not carry over to the game!

♦ You're lost at sea. Maybe you got separated from your crew. Or perhaps you're on an abandoned island. You need help!

♦ "Pirates off the starboard bow!" It's an enemy ship! Attack!!

♦ You and your crew are hanging out on your ship. Just another day at sea!

♦ "LAND, HO!" Hey look, a new island! How about you go explore it? Tell us what you find!

Relax, relax. [Ace swiped his hand back gently, pushing away Thatch's hand. As if it would matter--his temperature was likely constantly in the quadruple digits given his Devil Fruit. He looked up at Thatch and sighed, realizing that if it were a dream, either way--he'd be satisfied just remembering his old friend.

Unlike Sabo--who Ace was worried constantly about forgetting his voice and face. Losing people came with more disappointments than the obvious ones.]

It's been a lousy few months, Thatch. Nothin' a vacation can't help, though.

[That was so much bullshit, Thatch didn't even know where to start. But when Ace got like this, the more you pushed, the more he pulled inward until even he started believing whatever he was telling himself-- stubborn bastard.

I suggest copious amounts of boozing, fighting, and sampling the female population--because there are quite a few lookers roundabouts, Sparks.

[It was a tender moment right until the last second. Ace had been smiling riiiight until Thatch went straight to the girls again. Whatever happened to camaraderie? He felt like Marco and Thatch were always going on about girls and he just wanted to fight people...

Nevermind how ridiculously shy Ace could be with girls in comparison and that it was just a measure of jealousy on his part--]
