Welcome to our first Test Drive for high_seas! Here is where players can test out their characters' voices, try out new muses, and everyone can help each other get some threads for their applications! Feel free to use one of the prompts below, or come up with something on your own! Comment around, have fun, and remember that any CR formed here does not carry over to the game!

♦ So you're new to this world and have just woken up in the Town Square. How do you react? What do you do?

♦ You're lost at sea. Maybe you got separated from your crew. Or perhaps you're on an abandoned island. You need help!

♦ "Pirates off the starboard bow!" It's an enemy ship! Attack!!

♦ You and your crew are hanging out on your ship. Just another day at sea!

♦ "LAND, HO!" Hey look, a new island! How about you go explore it? Tell us what you find!

I do, but they're all my little idiots. I don't think they like me as much as you like Ace.

haha Maybe. I wanna meet them one day. Does everyone look like fruit?

Oi. I'm not a fruit.

And Jozu's a diamond. Blamenco has extra-dimensional pockets on his chin, and Rakuyo has dreadlocks.

Vista's the most boring of us because he looks like he was born on Dressarossa and should be tying maidens to sea-train-tracks. [Lies, all lies. Well, maybe not, but it's certainly all weird.]

They all sound really cool. I really want to meet them now. [he rests his chin on the table and pouts. Waiting is really hard]

Maybe they'll all come here! And we can have a huge party! And since there isn't a Pirate King here we can be friends and not have to fight for it!

But I'd love it if they came here, eh. [So they can be with Ace and him too.]

Straw Hat, we don't want to be Pirate King. [He can't say "We want you to be King," without you know, spoilers and shit, but still.]

[So have a cocky smirk instead.] If wanted it, we already would be. Not even Roger wanted that title though. They sort of put it on him instead.

No way. You can't refuse that. [he was all set of going up against Whitebeard one day! Don't ruin his fun.]

Even if he didn't want it, I'll take it anyway. [yep. Because it's cool. And he can't just call himself Roger because then Ace would kill him]

[Oh gosh, it's cute and Marco can't handle it. It's like all his secret weakness on Ace multiplied a hundredfold.]

Tell you what, if you think you can fight my old man to get your way to the top, go for it. But don't expect it to be easy. Not even Roger could beat him, eh.

That's okay. I'll just be better than Roger. [which would be really hard, but that was fine. If he wanted everything he had to fight for it]

That seems like the kind of plan I can support. Where are you going to start? [Have some food by the way. Marco is fast at fetching pastries and being a mother hen.]

Hmm [nom nom nom. These are pretty good!] I'm going to get stronger here but first I've gotta get home--and then who knows?
