Welcome to our first Test Drive for high_seas! Here is where players can test out their characters' voices, try out new muses, and everyone can help each other get some threads for their applications! Feel free to use one of the prompts below, or come up with something on your own! Comment around, have fun, and remember that any CR formed here does not carry over to the game!

♦ So you're new to this world and have just woken up in the Town Square. How do you react? What do you do?

♦ You're lost at sea. Maybe you got separated from your crew. Or perhaps you're on an abandoned island. You need help!

♦ "Pirates off the starboard bow!" It's an enemy ship! Attack!!

♦ You and your crew are hanging out on your ship. Just another day at sea!

♦ "LAND, HO!" Hey look, a new island! How about you go explore it? Tell us what you find!

[She pauses for a moment, trying to think of a few answers to that joke. So far that she doesn't have an answer, so she shrugs.]

I don't know, what did he say?

[hiken]

'I'm a little horse.'

Get it!?

[He slapped his hand on the table in front of it, some of it splintering under him. The other pirates recoiled before they remembered the plan--to keep laughing nervously until the guy let his guard down so they could run.]

See? It's funny!

[It took Minako at least a minute before she got the joke and laughed. This was more genuine than probably what the others were doing.]

Because he's a pony, I totally get it.

[hiken]

Well, now. That's a genuine reaction. [Ace jerked his hand over his shoulder, smiling and referring to his crew with his thumb.]

Not like these jokers. [They all tensed up and went silent.]

It's good they're laughin', but honesty goes much further with me.

They do say honesty if the best policy, but you seem okay. I don't understand why they wouldn't.

[She doesn't get it at all.]
