Welcome to our first Test Drive for high_seas! Here is where players can test out their characters' voices, try out new muses, and everyone can help each other get some threads for their applications! Feel free to use one of the prompts below, or come up with something on your own! Comment around, have fun, and remember that any CR formed here does not carry over to the game!

♦ So you're new to this world and have just woken up in the Town Square. How do you react? What do you do?

♦ You're lost at sea. Maybe you got separated from your crew. Or perhaps you're on an abandoned island. You need help!

♦ "Pirates off the starboard bow!" It's an enemy ship! Attack!!

♦ You and your crew are hanging out on your ship. Just another day at sea!

♦ "LAND, HO!" Hey look, a new island! How about you go explore it? Tell us what you find!

Fine! But you better stay fucking alive until we're safe!

[ And then one (1) Ragna is going to drive the ship like some pros in GTA: zigzagging here and there, turning 90 degrees here and there... Well, this is pretty necessary when your goddamn ship is under attack, ain't it?

TRY YOUR WORST, LUFFY. ]

[no it ain't! Luffy is stumbling all over the ship at the turns, trying to keep his balance long enough to bounce the cannonballs back]

Do you want to run or do you want to fight?!

[bloodedgy]

[ VROOM VROOM LEFT RIGHT LEFT RIIIIIIIIGHT-- ]

Neither! I just don't want my fucking ship gets more destroyed than how it already has right now!

[ STFU Luffy, you don't know how hard it is finding the money to buy this ship! ]

Keep yourself alive!

[geeze this guy was annoying-- ]

[but fine. He pushes his hat down]

Just run as fast as you can.

[he braces hands and feet against the railing, pushing himself back and back and back, waiting till he's just close enough. A cannonball slams into the deck sending up splinters of wood]

Gum gum no... ROCKET! [and he lets go, the momentum of his rubber limbs sending him sailing into the other ship where he immediately shoves the cannon overboard before taking out a few dozen startled pirates with a long long sweep of his leg]

[ Says someone who's freeloading on someone's ship.

K den, Ragna is now going full speed away while Luffy's doing his thing. He's grateful for this, Luffy.

But should you return to his ship later, you could goddamn bet there would be a punishment waiting. ]

[he won't. Not even he can take on a full ship of pirates by himself. Especially if they have swords which a lot of them do. Fortunately he manages to break their mast and escape in a barrel in the resulting chaos--but he's bleeding in more than one place.

If he does meet that guy again, he's not going to be the one to throw the first hit, but he's not going to like him much, either.]
