Welcome to our first Test Drive for high_seas! Here is where players can test out their characters' voices, try out new muses, and everyone can help each other get some threads for their applications! ♦ So you're new to this world and have just woken up in the Town Square. How do you react? What do you do?

♦ You're lost at sea. Maybe you got separated from your crew. Or perhaps you're on an abandoned island. You need help!

♦ "Pirates off the starboard bow!" It's an enemy ship! Attack!!

♦ You and your crew are hanging out on your ship. Just another day at sea!

♦ "LAND, HO!" Hey look, a new island! How about you go explore it? Tell us what you find!

[there was that old man again. But maybe Thatch could get a little revenge for that comment. Just a small one]

Aye. Heard cats were fond of it.

[He crushes a leaf between his fingers, letting loose the pungent smell]

[Oh come on man! Don't you know that being called that is respectful? Old farts these days, let Boris tell ya.]

Oh? Haven't seen much of any because of the old man.

[And whoa! WHAT IS THAT SMELL?! Why is it making his head feel a little funny. And what?.... What is he doing?

He didn't realize that he suddenly had his head in Thatch's hands in order to rub on the scent.]

[Thatch laughs and scritches behind the cat man's ears absently]

Like that smell, do you?

[What is he doing?! Why does his head feel so weird and now he is purring.... Purring for this man.

Cannot properly form words at the moment, just what is in that mint that is making him behave like this?! Also poof! He is now in the cute little fluffy cat form.]

Oh ho! Surprising creature aren't you?

[this world's equivalent of a zoan perhaps? He holds the fluffy cat in his arm, giving him lots of scritches and pets]

I guess the biggest question is, are you any good at catching mice?

[When Boris is back to being Boris again.... Pirate or no, he is so gonna get this old fart back for all of this.

WORDS CANNOT BE FORMED! STILL UNDER THE INFLUENCE AND IT IS MAKING HIM PURR UP A STORM! That and all the affection he is getting.

[well until that time he will just be a cute kitty. Thatch wiggles his fingers to play, then gets a better idea and ties a sprig of mint to a string and dangles it in front of him]
